Our client, the Dallas office of a premier AmLaw international law firm, is seeking associates in law school class years 2019 to 2025 to join their prestigious and growing tax practice. In addition to class-year appropriate understanding of technical aspects of tax law (including research and writing abilities), candidates should have relevant transactional tax experience. Relevant experience would include experience with one or more of the following: strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), energy taxation (including oil and gas and/or energy transition), investment fund formation, and/or real estate (including REIT) matters. This is a unique opportunity for an associate desiring substantial client interaction, significant responsibility and a team oriented approach, within a world class law firm.
