Qualified candidates should have 3 - 6 years of law firm experience working on sophisticated real estate lending transactions. Exposure to balance sheet bank lending work preferred, but not required. This is a unique opportunity for an associate desiring substantial client interaction, significant responsibility and a team oriented approach, within a world class law firm.
