The Houston Real Estate team is part of one of the largest and most experienced Real Estate practices in the country. The winning candidate should have experience supporting complex, high-value real estate transactions, including: Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate transactional documents Conducting and reviewing title due diligence, including negotiation and clearance of title issues Managing transaction closings, including coordination of colleagues, clients, and outside parties Collaborating with partners and senior associates on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters. Candidates should have large law firm experience and superior academic credentials.
