Our client, an elite international law firm, is looking for a real estate attorney for their world class real estate practice in Houston. The years of experience range from a potential mid-level with spot on experience, to a council level candidate. The main thing is the right experience, which consist of real estate debt and lender rep. They are particularly keen to see candidates from out of market. This role will be reporting to one of the most well respected real estate lawyers in the country, and will be mostly working with the New York team out of Houston. For council level candidates, no business is required. They are also willing to consider someone on a less than full-time basis (60-75%) which might be attractive to the right candidate. They are offering top-of-the-line compensation for this role as well. Winning candidates should have large law firm, a strong academic record from a Top law school, and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
