The ideal candidate should have four (4) or more years of experience representing private sector employers on labor issues, including issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act, representing clients in NLRB proceedings, and advising on unionization efforts and collective bargaining agreements. The candidate may sit in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. Admission to the bar of the state the candidate wishes to sit is required. Please note the firm has a four day in-office policy. The firm compensates associates on the Cravath scale / New York market scale.
