This is a rare opportunity to join a vibrant and growing Shanghai office of a US biglaw firm committed to the Asia market.
The ideal candidate should have:

• US biglaw experience representing life sciences and biotechnology companies in equity capital markets transactions within the US
• 4 PQE (2021 JD and above)
• Native or near native fluency in Mandarin required
• A JD from a US law school; top-tier academic credentials
• Admission to the New York bar, or the bar of any other US jurisdiction
